Young Staff Salon Held at CHL

To build consensus on the College's development and help newly recruited staff integrate into the College community as quickly as possible, the Party Committee of the College of Humanities and Law held the "Bingwen Homeland" young teacher salon forum in the College union hall on the morning of September 9, on the occasion of the 42nd Teachers' Day.

Party Secretary Zhang Yanqiu first introduced the founding purpose and development of the "Bingwen Homeland" initiative. She noted that "Bingwen Homeland" is a long-running signature activity of the College and an important platform for connecting with, serving and developing faculty. Over the past year, teachers recruited in 2025 have taken up their posts and made steady progress, demonstrating a positive professional attitude in teaching, research and education. She commended their achievements, warmly welcomed those recruited in 2026, and hoped that new colleagues would integrate into the College community as soon as possible, familiarize themselves with their posts through exchange and mutual learning, and align their personal growth with the College's development.

In the sharing session, outstanding teacher representatives Guo Jingying and Wang Yajing reflected on their own experiences in enhancing research capability and accumulating teaching practice respectively. Teachers recruited in 2025 and 2026 then spoke in turn, sharing their feelings about work since joining the College, reviewing their growth and gains over the past year in both work and life, and discussing their plans for the future.

This thematic exchange built a high-quality platform for communication and growth among the College's young teachers, strengthened their identification with the College, and further enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of the faculty.
